Wondering about your RMA/Exchange request approval?

Typically, we aim to approve RMAs/exchange requests within 1-3 business days of the initial submission. 

Once approved, we'll promptly send you a return label for Canada Post. After we receive and inspect your returned package, we'll prepare your new size for shipment. 

You'll then receive an email with an invoice for the prepaid label, making it convenient for you to pay using your preferred payment method.
