How long will it take to receive my exchange?Updated a year ago

Generally, once we receive your return, exchanges would ship out within 3-4 business days. The invoice for the prepaid shipping label must be paid prior to the new pair shipping, which will be emailed you once your package is ready to be shipped.  If by chance an item is back ordered we would let you know so you could decided whether you wanted to wait, choose a different style or get a store credit instead.
